Level 2 Norwegian Language with Berit Skogen (Online)

Join Vesterheim for a continuing course in the Norwegian language! We will explore a variety of vocabulary and grammar topics including, but not limited to, what interests us about Norway, the various methods we use to learn a language, outdoor life in Norway, and clothing! The weekly class meetings happen on Zoom for an active, conversation-based hour. One enrollment gets you signed up for all eight Zoom sessions. If you like, you’ll get activities to extend your learning between class meetings. Bli med oss! (Come join us!) Berit Skogen is a graduate from Luther College, receiving her bachelor’s degree in Nordic studies and history with minors in Africana studies and religion. She has studied Norwegian intensively at Luther College and at the University of Oslo’s International Summer School. Berit has recently completed a Fulbright as an ETA in Ås, Norway. She is passionate about Norwegian language and culture. Berit is currently pursuing her master’s in Scandinavian Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and can’t wait to share her love of the language with her students.
