Community Room. Join us for a free dance and rhythm based workout. This Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, dance-fitness party exhilarates your senses and works all major muscle groups in a high-energy cardio blast that leaves you invigorated, refreshed and full of life. Zumba features rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia and samba set to Latin and international beats. Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes. Bring your own bottle of water and a towel.
