About this event
If you’re new to Zen, this class is for you! Meditation Instruction for Newcomers is 6:45-7:25 PM in person on Thursday evening. Offered weekly, this class is free of charge but donations are always appreciated. This short class will show you the basic forms of Zen meditation to prime you for sitting practice and then you can stay for the Dharma Talk at 7:30 - 8:30 PM to ask questions and meet our Sangha.
