Join the Jacinto City Library for Young Teen Hangout on making bracelets! For ages 9-18, spend the evening creating friendship bracelets. Mix and match colors and beads for a fun time! Join us on Nov 3rd from 4:30 to 5:30pm. Limited supplies available and we will serve until we run out.
