Join Out of the Abyss - Suicide Support and Recovery Group for a therapeutic and engaging meetup on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM. This group is designed to help members explore their suicidal experiences, practice mindfulness and healing through artistic expression. Participants will engage in dynamic conversations, receive peer support, and tap into their creativity to navigate through suicidal thoughts and promote mental health recovery. Whether you are someone looking to connect with others with similar experiences or looking for stress relief techniques, this group offers a safe space for individuals to come together in community.
