Every Tuesday evening yoga & trail running at the arb! We meet at 530pm near the UW-Arboretum Visitor Center for yoga and follow up at 620pm with a trail run through the arboretum for about an hour (usually 5.5-6.5 miles). We support most paces and leave no runner behind. Bring a mat or towel for the yoga. Both events are free but most everyone gives our yoga instructors, Callie & Jodi, a $10-$15 donation each session. They take cash or Venmo (@calliendo, @Jodi-Sondel) If we have bad weather conditions and have to cancel, we will post a message by 4:30 PM.
