Josh Young aka YehMe2 has spent the last 20 years as a touring DJ and found yoga as a means of keeping his mind and body healthy on the road. Now retired from touring, hes transitioned to a full time yoga teacher. Yoga Party is a true crossover between the high energy of a club or festival experience, mixed with the grounding mindfulness of a yoga class. This 60 minute, all-levels vinyasa flow will leave you inspired and energized. No genres. No boundaries. Just show up, get on the mat, and have fun!
