About this event
Hayes Family Community Room. Whether you are brand new to yoga, or a regular practitioner, we have a spot for you. Two different yoga classes will be offered in our Community Room. We will be using the online yoga classes provided through DoYogaWithMe, a wonderful resource based in Canada. They have graciously allowed us to use their teaching platform to provide free community classes. There will be a staff member present to help assist and guide patrons who may have questions. Class levels and focus will be guided by the needs and requests of participants. Free to the Public!
