EVERY WEDNESDAY: 7:00pm - 8:00pm Teacher: Emery CLASS DESCRIPTION: In our Yoga For Dancers class this is your time to stretch it out, build strength, and move in a way that feels really good. Expect a playful flow designed to loosen tight hips, lengthen those hamstrings, open the shoulders, and wake up your core—all the things your dancing will thank you for later. We’ll mix breath, balance, and smooth movement to help you feel more grounded, more flexible, and more in control No need to be a yoga expert—just come ready to move, breathe, and maybe discover muscles you didn’t know you had.
