Yoga Class for Teens

Meeting Room 1. Join us at the Bellevue Library for a yoga class led by registered yoga instructor, Shilpa! This class is for teens, ages 12-18 only. Shilpa will lead the group in a guided meditation, followed by yoga asana, designed to build strength, stamina, and confidence. The class is introductory, perfect for beginners. Please bring a yoga mat, beach towel, or something similar. A small amount of yoga mats will be available on a first come, first serve basis. No registration is required, participation will be first come, first served until the class is full.
