About this event
Bring your own mat and join in Yoga at the Library! Instructor, Christine Cox leads a yoga program every 2nd Thursday at the Leon County Eastside Branch Library and every last Thursday of the month at the Leon County Main Branch Library. Participants of all physical levels are encouraged to show up. In this program, participants will experience basic yoga movements that foster personal wellness. This movement-based program promotes health literacy and a change in behavior toward a healthy and mindful lifestyle. To participate, attendees must: Register at least 24 hours before the class starts (click the blue "Begin Registration" button below). Complete the physical activity waiver.
