Yoga and Meditative-Storytelling
Join us for Yoga and Meditative-Storytelling! This hour long class will be held every Monday from 6-7 in the Community Room at the Highlands Rainbow Blossom. Yoga and meditative storytelling both support mental and physical well-being by encouraging calm, focus, and self-awareness. Yoga strengthens the body while improving flexibility, balance, and breathing, which can reduce stress and boost energy. Meditative-storytelling complements this by using gentle narratives and imagination to quiet the mind, helping listeners process emotions and develop mindfulness. Together, they create a holistic practice that nurtures relaxation, creativity, and a deeper connection between the mind and body. Expect 40 minutes of physical yoga, and about 20 minutes of meditative-storytelling. No prior yoga experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat, and wear clothes you can move in. This is a donation-based class with a suggested minimum $10 donation. www.fableandflows.com fableandflows@gmail.com
