Yin to Restorative Class

Please Note: This is a paid class and separate pre-registration is required. **register here.** Cost: $25.00 We will explore finding softness and release in the deeper sensations of Yin, and then melt into the quiet support of Restorative poses for ultimate comfort and a complete nervous-system reset. Our classes are guided from a trauma-informed lens with meditative cues for curating deep embodiment and radical self-agency. Designed to be accessible for all bodies and practitioners, from very beginner to experienced yogis. All mats & props are provided.
