Yin and Restorative Yoga with Emily Williams

Join Emily Williams for an hour of Yin and Restorative yoga postures and deep breaths every 4th Sunday, 1215 pm at Radiant Healing Arts Center ✨ Supports such as bolsters, blocks and blankets will be provided, and mats are available for use. Come with a desire to find strength in stillness, supportive rest, and quiet reflection. The class is donation-based, so contribute what feels appropriate and sustainable for you. This is a donation based class! Proceeds are split between, Radiant Healing Arts Center, parent nonprofit of Ecstatic Dance OKC and the facilitator, keeping it sustainable to not only the community, but also those helping bring it into manifestation.
