About this event
Where do you go to find humanity online? Do you miss the web before AI? How have your Internet communities changed in a rapidly shifting tech landscape? Join us for a Banned Books Week writing workshop to explore these questions (and more)! We'll start by reading and discussing a selection of on-topic poetry, followed by a free-write session with writing prompts. Then, you will be invited to share your work aloud with the group. Light refreshments will be provided. There will be an opportunity to submit your work to our forthcoming FREEDOM TO USE A HUMAN-CENTRIC INTERNET (without AI slop) zine!
