About this event
A micro memoir is a brief autobiographical sketch (up to 300 words) exploring a moment in time, a brief event, or situation. We all have many stories of lived experience; micro memoir offers us an accessible “container” in which to tell these stories. We will discuss the features of strong micro memoir, examining several published pieces. The workshop includes writing prompts to find stories we can explore in our own writing. Open to writers of all skill levels and genres. PATTI BLANCO complete
