About this event
In this hands-on class you will individually mix, knead, roll and cut fettuccine pasta noodles. Then, together the group will cook the pasta and Alfredo sauce. You will take home your pasta after sampling our efforts. We include the recipes for this hands-on experience. Instructor Bio: Gina Guth is a self-taught heritage baker and owner of The Flour Pot, LLC, which provides culinary workshops and experiences for adults and children.
