Connect with your West Portal neighbors and add your contribution to our collaborative art project: Won't You Be My Neighbor? Each artist will craft and decorate their own building that we will put together into a colorful neighborhood art piece to be displayed in the West Portal Library Lobby for all the community to enjoy.
