Working Women Honor God

Are you a working woman of faith? Are you juggling the demands of your workplace, your home and your relationship with Christ? Do you desire to address workplace challenges and opportunities in a supportive community of faith that values transparency, connection and idea sharing? If so, this ministry is for you! The Working Women Honor God ministry seeks to support and encourage women of faith as they navigate workplace challenges, juggle competing demands, and seek to follow Christ. Come join us for quarterly events on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Each event includes refreshments, prayer and worship, networking, Biblical teaching, and idea sharing. October 24: Leading Without Compromise: Authenticity Rooted in Faith Psalm 1:1-3 Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water… In professional environments that reward image management, conformity, and self-promotion, it can be tempting to lead in ways that feel misaligned with our faith. Many women feel pressure to prove themselves, adapt their values, or silence parts of who they are in order to succeed. This session challenges women to lead with authenticity grounded in faith, not fear. Drawing from Scripture, we’ll explore what it means to lead with integrity and to embrace leadership that reflects Christ-like character, courage, and consistency—leading from wholeness rather than performance.
