Women's Self-Defense: Providing information and resources from experts for mental, physical and emotional well-being. Ladies, have you ever wanted to learn self-defense? Now is your chance! Join us as we learn from Georgetown Police Department and practice self-defense techniques. After a brief presentation, attendees can participate in demonstrations and hands-on maneuvers if desired. This program is entirely free! We encourage all individuals to join us! Registration required.
