WOMEN'S FALL RESET RETREAT

Woodstock, Vermont Led by Shelley Cates + Margo Lindauer This fall retreat is designed to help women reset, rebalance, and recalibrate as they move through the natural hormonal transitions of midlife. The weekend will be geared toward women in peri-, pre-, and menopause, and focuses on nurturing the body through nutrition, movement, rest, and reflection. Margo will guide sessions on nutrition and hormonal balance, while Shelley will lead movement, energy practices, and breathwork designed to support the nervous system and restore vitality. What to Expect: Daily movement class Daily energy or breathwork class Nutrition lectures and workshops Journaling and reflection time Hiking and nature walks Sauna & cold plunge What’s included: Nourishing meals and snacks All classes and workshops Two nights accommodation Group Breathwork sessions Transportation is not included, but we are happy to help coordinate rideshares and carpools. Accommodations: This retreat takes place in a private home, so participants should expect to share rooms and bathrooms.
