Women's Ecstatic Dance- Inner Child Freedom

Have you ever wanted to stop time and experience a piece of childhood all over again? Well, you can’t do that, but you can do this! This inner child ecstatic dance is about honoring the playful, open, child-like wonder energy that is within all of us. For some this may be deeper within, and for others, this may be close to the surface. Wherever you fall, I feel certain that you can create that connection within. This is a space to CELEBRATE joy, self-expression, and silliness. Wear clothes and accessories that embrace the silly, fun inner child. Dance and be merry! Everyone deserves a safe space to express themselves, to feel supported, and lifted up by their community. In this space we honor all expressions of womanhood.
