About this event
Learn the sweet science of boxing and have fun doing it. Focus is on footwork drills, mitt work, heavy bag conditioning and light partner drills. Suitable for beginner to intermediate boxers - women of all ages and athletic ability. Participants under 18 require parental consent. Gloves and hand wraps provided.
