Location: Ramblewood Soccer Complex, Field #6. Google Maps Pin to Field #6 Typical Practice Agenda: 1. Meet and greet while we lace up cleats. 1. Warmup: Light dynamic stretching and agility. 1. Skills: Small groups to learn the basic grip, swings, and touches. 1. Drills: Fun, low-pressure drills to practice game-play scenarios. 1. Optional: Light, scrimmage to introduce flow and rules of the game 1. Optional: Team Lunch (location TBD) What We Provide: 1. Community, helmets, sticks, balls, bibs and training cones. What to Bring: 1. Athletic clothing 1. Cleats (not necessary, but bring 'em if you got 'em.) 1. Water 1. A friend or two or more 1. A t-shirt if you want to change into a clean one for the optional team lunch.
