Winter-Themed Block Printing

Druker Auditorium. Carve away stress and learn something new with this beginner-friendly block printing workshop. Participants will choose from a selection of winter-themed images, or design their own, and transform it into a print by carving an easy-cut rubber block. The process is approachable, relaxing, and surprisingly satisfying, making it accessible for all skill levels. Once the carving is complete, blocks are inked and printed, revealing bold, one-of-a-kind designs. Each participant leaves with their carved block for future use, along with a collection of their own hand-printed pieces, a lasting reminder of a shared creative experience. This workshop is led by Pop Up Art School. Registration is required for this program. Please note that crafting programs at the Library are popular and often have a waitlist. If you register, we ask that you please show up to attend the workshop - or let us know that you need to cancel your registration so that another community member can participate.
