Join us on Thursday, October 29th, for a multi-course wine pairing dinner at COURSE, hosted alongside Arizona Advanced Sommelier and winemaker Wesam Kawa. This intimate evening features a custom culinary tasting menu designed specifically around all five of Wesam’s current releases, exploring cool-climate Pacific Northwest terroir across the Willamette Valley and Washington. Wesam will guide guests through each wine, sharing the stories behind vineyard site selection, vintage conditions, and cellar philosophy.
