About this event
Please register on WHYY's site here: https://support.whyy.org/page/95636/event/1 Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how people work, learn, create and communicate. AI is becoming part of daily life for many residents, from creating grocery lists, explaining new concepts, writing emails, and even customer service. It appears in all aspects of our lives, including our schools, the workplace, research, and medicine, among others. As helpful as artificial intelligence can be, what are some of the risks it poses? How has AI positively and negatively impacted your own life? And who should be responsible for setting boundaries — individuals, corporations or government? How do we make AI trustworthy? This is a facilitated community conversation in which attendees will engage directly with one another in a moderated setting. Rather than a lecture or presentation, the program is designed to encourage dialogue, the exchange of perspectives, and shared learning among participants. Join WHYY News Community & Engagement team for ‘Bridging Blocks,’ a civic dialogue series in partnership with The Free Library of Philadelphia. Host - Tony Cuffie Senior Manager Community & Engagement, WHYY News Moderator - Brisa Luzzi Castro Community Convener, WHYY News
