We are offering this hike one more time, so if you've missed it previously you have another opportunity. Meet 9:30am to car pool from the parking lot at the top of Murales Rd. above the ballfield. This parking lot is right where Zozobra burns. Check the map below. The hike takes approximately three hours with frequent stops to appreciate the uniqueness of graceful white pines and understand the threats they face from disease, global heating and mismanagement. Wear appropriate footwear and bring adequate water, hat, snacks and rain gear, just in case as elevation is around 8,300โ.
