On arrival, guests will be greeted by a curated list of African music to set the mood before Chef Segun provides guided instruction on making four distinct dishes. In this hands-on class, guests will learn to make dishes that represent the diversity and depth of flavor that African cuisine has to offer. Focused on a variety of African regions, and international influences from places like Jamaica and East Asia, Segun will share the story behind each dish and what makes them special to him. Afterwards, guests will gather for a family-style meal and mingle along with Segun for one magical afternoon. For drinks, guests will have the option of 2 delicious cocktails or mocktails.
