Ormond Beach Regional Library Sandcastle Aud.. Adults can practice Tai Chi using Gale Presents: GetSetUp. Through guided instruction, participants will perform gentle movements that support fitness while learning how to access Gale Presents: GetSetUp remotely to continue building healthy habits at home. Supplies are provided. Registration is required. Cosponsored by Volusia County Public Library and Friends of the Ormond Beach Library.
