Bring a journal and join us as the East Hampton health & wellness coach illuminates the importance of gratitude to our overall wellbeing. Kenny will speak about what happens in the body and mind when we bring gratitude into our awareness and will offer a couple inspiring journal prompts and spark a thoughtful group discussion. Ground yourself in gratitude and head into the holiday season with a renewed perspective on the power of giving thanks and the warmth of communal sharing. ABOUT JESSIE KENNY Jessie Kenny is a health coach and columnist for the Express News Group who grew up in East Hampton. After studying Nutrition and Psychology at the University of New Hampshire, she opened Satori, a women's clothing boutique in Sag Harbor, which she ran for twenty-five years. After selling the store, she returned to her wellness roots and enrolled in a health coach training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. There, she discovered how deeply connected her two college majors–once considered separate fields of study–truly are, and how relevant that connection is to the work she does today. Jessie lives in East Hampton with her husband and three children, her greatest accomplishments to date. She continues her own wellness journey, which she believes is a lifelong pursuit.
