Take a break from the busy workday and join us for Wellness in the Workplace on Wednesday, April 22nd from 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM at Camperdown Plaza. Led by @MindfulWithTina, this guided outdoor session will focus on practical techniques you can use during the workday to help reduce stress, ease anxiety, prevent burnout, and build resilience. Throughout this 45-minute experience, participants will be introduced to simple mindfulness practices designed to help you reset, refocus, and support overall well-being—both at work and in everyday life. Set against the open-air backdrop of Camperdown Plaza, this session offers a refreshing opportunity to step away from your routine and reconnect with yourself midweek. What to Bring:• Yoga mat• Journal• Pen• Comfortable clothing Come ready to slow down, breathe deeply, and leave feeling refreshed.
