About this event
Ormond Beach Regional Library Sandcastle Auditorium. Adults can experience a guided chair yoga session with Sandy Reid, certified yoga instructor. Through guided instruction, participants will learn seated yoga moves that support balance and flexibility. Cosponsored by Volusia County Public Library and Friends of the Ormond Beach Library. Registration is required. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee registration. If space becomes available, an email notification will be sent.
