Wednesdays, September 9 - October 7, 2026 | Skips September 23 | 9:30A - 12:30P | 4 sessions | $250 Learn basic metalsmithing skills and jewelry making techniques in this hands-on introductory class. Get to know the studio and become familiar with the tools, equipment, and unique community resources to help you grow as a metalsmith. Through an exploration of one of the most simple yet effective forms in the jeweler’s toolkit, students will manipulate wire to form diverse linkages. Using both hot and cold connections, learn techniques for joining and embellishing chains to create earrings, a necklace or bracelet that is both elegant and complex! Supplies: Instructional materials provided. Additional supplies may be purchased through the Studio Shop.
