Weight Up, Homies (NOT JUST Yoga for My Homies)
1 hour class focusing on strength training with weights. Class will begin at Kapaolono Park with yoga, followed by a walk down and up the Kilauea Ave. hill incorporating strength training, and finishing back at the park again for a restorative ending. *\*Bring: dumbbells* Donation-based class led by Courtney.
