Wednesday Evening Walk

I am repeating the May 6 walk near Idexx because rain nixed that evening's walk. For those new to our Wednesday walks, know that we pick trails or paths around the greater Portland area that are doable by anyone in reasonable condition. We walk at a moderate pace for 1-3 miles, depending on the venue. The trail near Idexx goes through woods, wetlands, and open areas for a round-trip of about 2 miles and an elevation change of about 200 feet. We will stop here and there to comment on what is springing forth in the forest and the fields and take a peek into an active quarry. Please dress for the weather and leave pets at home. Participants are required to sign a waiver.
