With a beautiful set of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and Koshi Chimes, teaching artist Melinda Kjarum invites you to a truly unique “Right Here, Right Now” wellness experience. Session elements include: Breath, Intention, Self-Healing, Activation, Chakra Balancing, Guided Meditation, ‘Surround Sound’ Total Relaxation! You can relax and be renewed, while surrounded by incredible artwork. 2nd Tuesdays, from 6:30-8pm. Bring a yoga mat and a friend! No registration required.
