About this event
Room 1. This lecture will examine the evolving role of the U.S. Supreme Court in American history. Our objective will be to get a better sense of how the Court works, how it deals with (or fails to deal with) controversial issues, and how the ‘‘least dangerous branch’ has secured its unique place in the American constitutional structure.
