About this event
Children can practice their reading skills this summer by sharing stories with certified therapy dogs! This summer, we’ll be joined by Teddy, a golden retriever, and Rose, a Great Dane. Children can bring their favorite books from home or borrow some from the shelves. Not only can Teddy and Rose bring a smile to your face, but they’re also willing and friendly listeners. Drop in anytime from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. in the children’s area this summer on June 27, July 25, and August 22. This free event is open to children along with their caregivers.
