Are you curious about beekeeping, but don’t know where to start? Join us for this informative presentation led by experienced beekeepers from the Central Wisconsin Beekeepers Association, and step into the fascinating world of honey bees. This beginner-friendly program will cover honey bee biology, the roles of bees in our environment, the equipment needed to get started, and what it takes to successfully become a beekeeper. Whether you’re interested in pollinators, honey production, or a new hobby, this program will provide you the information you need to determine if beekeeping is right for you. This presentation is geared towards adults, but families are welcome to attend. No registration or prior beekeeping experience required.
