Water Resistance Training

This 45-minute class is designed to increase your heart rate and condition the entire body. Low impact, but high intensity, our Water Resistance Training class gives you a full-body workout with a combination of cardio respiratory, muscle conditioning, and interval training. Guests may be utilizing both the shallow and deep end of the pool. Please let your instructor know if there is a specific area you feel most comfortable. Special Considerations __•_All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the Spa at Chateau Elan. __•_Lockers and changing rooms are available for all guests. Access to additional spa amenities are not included. __•_Class size is limited. Classes can be taught inside or outside, dependent on weather. BOOK NOW
