2nd Floor Study Rooms. Free legal advice on a walk-in basis for residents facing landlord-tenant issues. Tenants will meet with an attorney one-on-one for a brief consultation to discuss a variety of issues: Evictions Disputes over lockouts Utility shutoffs Moving in and out Making repairs Discrimination Habitability Retaliation and more. Services are provided in the study rooms on the library's second floor. Reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities is available by request.
