All food and drink are prohibited inside (items can be brought and consumed outside after washing hands). There are plenty of food options for dining out or picking up within a reasonable radius. The Pavilion is moderately accessible - there are ramps for entry and onto the main floor, but the floor is packed dirt/rock. Dust is a factor for those with respiratory issues (masking can be helpful).
