UPTOWN: “A Celebration of Motown & Soul”

UPTOWN delivers a high-energy concert experience that blends the smooth sounds of classic Motown with today’s biggest hits. Formed in New York City, the dynamic group combines powerhouse vocals, impressive choreography, and magnetic stage presence into a show that keeps audiences on their feet from start to finish. Inspired by legendary artists like Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye while channeling the modern energy of today’s pop and R&B superstars, UPTOWN creates an electrifying performance filled with soul, style, and nonstop entertainment. This performance is part of Connect2Culture’s Curtains Up Series 2026–2027. Doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets may be purchased at uptown, (417) 621-9824, or at the C2C box office inside the Cornell Complex (Tue–Sat | 1–5pm). Tickets: $50 (plus fees).
