Learn to foster your strengths and passions in the intersectional, ideologically diverse, community care oriented Unity Collective every Thursday night from 7-9pm at The Karma House. The first week of the month: Political Forum - chatting about current events, political theory, & personal experiences 2nd week: Action - planning our monthly community care offerings & zines 3rd week: Reflection - focusing on Unity Collective structure and interpersonal needs 4th week: Education - teachings from leadership, external experts, & other political education content **What is Unity Collective?** Unity Collective is a politically engaged community that brings together people with varied perspectives to foster deep conversations, build practical skills, experiment, and support one another in both personal and collective transformation. We believe in the power of diversity, empathy, and mutual aid to spark meaningful change. We aim to leave a lasting, positive legacy - one grounded in processing the past, engaging with the present, and shaping a more just future. **What does the group do?** We are a locally engaged community which meets regularly to support one another in both personal and collective transformation via critical conversation, learning and sharing practical skills, designing community service offerings, and more. We analyze and respond to the rapidly shifting political climate so that we may sustain ourselves and our neighbors. We believe that what is practiced on the small scale leads to large-scale impacts and that by transforming ourselves and our local communities, we can transform the world.
