Emotional intelligence is a vital tool for every young person! Join us for a fun, high-energy, interactive workshop hosted by Hope for Miami through Project Bridge. Children will learn how to identify different emotions, discover tools to manage big feelings, and practice helpful self-regulation techniques. Registration is required.
