Typewriter Social at the East 5th Block Party

The East 5th Block Party at Central Machine Works has the Austin Flea market from 2 to 7, with live music from Buenos Diaz at 4 and Superfonicos at 8. I'll be there with a table of vintage typewriters for you to type on, loaded with paper and ready to go. Sit down and type a note, a poem, a haiku, a letter to anyone. No experience needed. Everything you type is yours to keep — or you can use it to decorate the space. Machines, paper, and prompts provided. Drop in anytime between 2 and 7. Follow the calendar at lu.ma/typewriter for more upcoming Typewriter Social events.
