Midtown Room. Join Santa Clara County Youth Poet Laureate and multiple-time Scholastic Art & Writing Awards National Gold Medalist Sierra Elman in "How to Get Your Writing Published." In this one-time workshop, middle schoolers will have the opportunity to learn about youth creative writing competitions and literary publications, get tips on writing and revising both in general and specific to competitions (including the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards) and get a chance to do some writing. This workshop is opened to Grades 5-8 only.
