We all need to move our bodies. And if we can do it while having fun and learning some dance moves..why not? Tovah will teach us step by step and within minutes we’ll find ourselves moving in unison to upbeat music. You can take it as low or high impact as you need. This class could become a highlight of your week! Requirements: a wanting to move. Not Required: any dance experience! Come alone or grab a friend to come with you! Classes begin at 6:30 sharp each Tuesday night and run for one full hour $8.
