MPR Room. Get ready to strike, shake, and scrape your way through a musical adventure! Join the Tucson Symphony Orchestra Percussion Quartet at the Martha Cooper Library as they bring to life a brand-new children’s book, authored by ensemble leader, Trevor Barroero: The Percussion Triplets Take a Trip. This playful story follows the adventures of the percussion triplets, “Shake,” “Scrape,” and “Strike” as they explore all the different exciting percussion sounds in the everyday world. Perfect for young listeners and families! This will take place in the Large Meeting Room (MPR) and will last approximately 45 minutes.
